Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes — every order across Pakistan can be paid for in cash when it arrives. Open the parcel and inspect your item before paying the courier, so you only pay once you're happy with what you've received.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders above Rs. 6,000. Orders below that are charged a flat Rs. 300 delivery fee, shown in your cart before checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed, then typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your city.
Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?
Yes, we currently deliver nationwide to every major city and town in Pakistan.
What is your return policy?
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll confirm your exchange or refund.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How do I find my size?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering — measurements are listed for every style so you can pick the right fit.
Do you take wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes — reach out via our Contact page or WhatsApp with your requirements, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
