Shipping & Returns

We want your order to arrive quickly and reach you in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and returns at Urban Grid.

Shipping

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 6,000.
A flat Rs. 300 delivery fee applies to orders below that.
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your city.

Your exact delivery fee and estimated arrival window are always shown in your cart and at checkout before you confirm your order.

Cash on delivery

Every order can be paid for in cash when it arrives at your door. Open the parcel and inspect your item before paying the courier, so you only pay once you're happy with what you've received.

Returns & exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll confirm your exchange or refund.

Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
